My interest in human biology along with my desire to work with people promoting health and well being led me to train as a physio almost 20 years ago now.
In recent years my main focus has become pain management through the use of acupuncture. This often complements other aspects of my treatments which may include massage, stretches, exercises, advice etc. Acupuncture is wonderfully holistic and may have many benefits beyond pain relief, including: relaxation and reduced stress; improved sleep & increased energy; reduced stiffness with improved movement and mobility. It promotes general well being and vitality.
I'm fully registered with the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists), the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and am a PVG member through Disclosure Scotland.
I offer treatments mainly at The Yoga Place, Killearn Mill and also at The Old Surgery, Buchlyvie.
Home Visits may also be available.
I am also a Neal's Yard Remedies Consultant.
You can contact me if you would like to order any of our lovely ethical, organic & fairtrade products.
