Yoga, more than anything else, is about noticing where we are within our bodies and our minds, and learning how to be kind to ourselves. The postures are designed to help us connect with our breath, increase our flexibility, and learn to recognize and let go of areas of tension. Participating in a yoga class is also a wonderful way to get to know new people and have some fun!
You are welcome to drop-in to any of these classes as and when you can. If you're not sure which class would best suit you, please get in touch with any of the teachers and they'll be more than happy to have a chat with you.
